The army physician graduated from Kyoto Prefectural University
of Medicine in March, 1941.
Unlike the present, the state accepted immediately
those who graduated from the imperial university
medical department as a doctor. This is the copy of
an army physician's medical licence certificate.




It is a commemorative photo in front of the first Japan Red Cross hospital of Kyoto.


It was sent to the voice of a cheer on July 15, 1943, and the army physician went to war.

It is reflected well wholly. A back poor ward can be seen. (June 5, 1944 )


Three nurses came by transfer here.
It became a commemorative photo even containing pet dog John.

(cautions: Pet dog John had become attached to an army physician very much.)


It was appointed to an imperial army second lieutenant.
It is a commemorative photo against the background of cherry blossoms.

The first atomic bomb in the world was dropped at 8:15 a.m. on August 6, 1945.
The army physician suffered the damage of an atomic bomb
in the second army hospital of Hiroshima 15 ward.
The second army hospital was 800m away from the center of an explosion.
Since the diary which the army physician indicated escaped the fire,
he left theacount of atomic bomb experience seen from the doctor after the war.



He was still working as a doctor in January, 2006. He had become the age of 90 years old.
